Dear Zappers!
It feels like we launched the app yesterday but it’s almost been a year since we launched our mobile app.
The past year has been a hectic one for us as we have been busy making sure the app is running smoothly for our Zappers and delivery Heroes.
Updates:
1. New Partners: We are always updating our partners on the app to make sure that all our business partners are getting more exposure. Be sure to check them out. There are going to be special discounts for our ZAPP FAMILY from some of our partners in the coming days, so keep checking the app.
2. Taking New Orders: We have realized that some of our customers are having some problems placing orders on the app, hence we have opened up our Instagram and WhatsApp to take orders.
3. Bulk Deliveries: Since we have limited our multi-stop service to up to 8 deliveries, we have had a lot of requests for bulk orders. Hence we are working with our partners for orders above 60, to be placed through an excel sheet with all the information. We will do the rest.
