UI / UX Designer

Great News! Zapp Today is growing and we are looking for new hires. We are looking for a new UI / UX Designer to work with us in Kathmandu, Nepal. We have fantastic work for you; it is all about working together to grow yourself and the team.

You will be responsible for your own work and with the situation at hand, we want to ensure you create a schedule that fits right for you.

About ZAPP TODAY:

Zapp Today was founded in Kathmandu, Nepal in August 2020. In January 2021, we launched our mobile app on iOS and Android making us the first delivery company to be able to deliver on the same day.

UI / UX Designer – Job requirement:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
